My name is Giacomo Pini and I am a London-based

Dance Artist and Yoga teacher.

 

After completing my BA Degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, I was selected to be part of EDge Dance Company for their 2016/17 season and graduated from London Contemporary Dance School with a Masters Degree in 2017.

As a performer, I have collaborated with several choreographers including Amina Khayyam, Eliot Smith, Dora Frankel, Mathieu Geffré, Shobana Jeyasingh, Dam Van Huyhn and others, both on stage and delivering community and children workshops.

​My choreographic works have been shown in theatres, art galleries, music festivals and digitally.

​

In June 2019, I completed my 200h YTT with The Yoga Edge in Dynamic Yoga and I started teaching straight away across London, for groups of all different ages and abilities.

​

I am currently a Lecturer at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (London), delivering technique classes in Contemporary, Dynamic Floorwork and Ballet techniques on the Foundation and Bachelor programmes. I also teach Contemporary on the Associate Programme at Central School of Ballet.
